HEY KIDS 9 AND UP...WANT TO BE A DOG TRAINER?

DOGGIE BE GOOD Program comes in the mail, addressed just to you.
CONTENTS: You will get 1. A letter telling you what it will take for you to be a successful dog trainer. 2. Instructions for teaching the command. 3. A certificate for your dog when it has learned the command.
SIT/STAY Command $8.00: Contents as above. Sit is a real important thing for your dog to learn so do this one first.
DOWN Command $9.00: Dog must know the Sit command first. Contents as above plus a recipe for homemade doggie cupcakes. Dogs will do Anything for Cupcakes!!
SHAKE Command $10.00 Contents as above plus some cool pet stickers.
ALL IN ONE $30.00 for Sit/Stay, Down and Shake all sent together. Includes a training lead.
TRAINING LEAD $5.00 We use these ourselves and think they are great. 6 feet long (recommended length for training) No collar needed. Easy for kids to put around dog's neck.

START OF NEXT CLASS IS SEPTEMBER 4.
Obedience Level 1 is 6 sessions of one hour each. Limited class size. Held indoors or out, depending on weather. Open to dogs of 15 weeks and up but dogs over 8 months old must be neutered. All dogs must have current vaccinations (see Vaccination Requirements on Home Page). Besides the basic commands, the sessions cover other useful commands such as “leave it,” “take, hold, drop” and “down.” Lots of information for owners makes this a favorite offering at Come ‘n Stay. $120. A private or semi-private lesson included for $15 more if you want.
ANOTHER CLASS WILL START WHEN THIS ONE FILLS. CALL FOR DETAILS.
Obedience Level 2 is For dogs that have successfully passed Level 1. It is another way for you to enjoy being with your dog and the other dog lovers in a class setting while improving your dog’s skills. A dog that passes this level should be able to pass the AKC test for “Canine Good Citizen.” Same cost as Level 1.
You and Your New Puppy is a one-time drop in session held every Saturday at 9 a.m. and ending at approximately 10:30 a.m. It is for owners-to-be as well as new owners of puppies.
It covers housebreaking, crate training, jumping up, how and when to walk a pup, basics of sit and stay, puppies and children, treats and praise. You will see a live demonstration of how to clip the pup’s nails and each attending pup will get a free nail clip (regularly $8). $25 fee.
Private Lessons are generally used to solve a specific problem. $45 per hour at our facility. 50 cents per mile one-way if not at our facility.
